Under his leadership, G-Man Entertainment Music Group has become a platform for diverse musical genres and innovative collaborations being inclusive of emerging/established artists, songwriters, and producers. 

George's background includes extensive experience in artist management, music production, and event promotion. ​Some of G-Man Entertainment Music Group notable achievements have been receiving multiple awards from Album of the Year, Best Collaboration, Mixtape of the year, Producer of the year and recently Hustler of the year. 

George Waters passion and love for live entertainment caused him to launch another entity of the G-Man Brand called "G-Man Live". Under this expansion G-Man Live has brought some of the best concerts to the Hampton Roads area of Virginia ranging from legacy artists like Bobby Brown, Keith Sweat, Ashanti, Dru Hill, as well as Busta Rhymes, J Cole, Wu Tang Clan, and so many more.  His commitment to nurturing creativity​, collaboration ​and provided opportunity for independent artists has not only helped numerous artists achieve their dreams but has also contributed to the vibrant landscape of the music industry. Known for his strategic vision and ability to connect artists with audiences, George continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of entertainment.
